Tournament a success

OVER 2,000 young soccer players
descended on the North Shore at
the end of March to take part in the
annual Lynn Valley Soccer
Association’s (LVSA) Invitational
Tournament. :

The logistics of running the
tournament (165 teams played 341
games on.34 North Van fields and
ate over 5,000 hot dogs) were once
again handled with grace and a lot
of hard work by the many volun-
teers involved.

The tournament is split into two
