Skippers’ Meeting:

Peter Speck, Publisher of the News and an avid sailor will conduct a pre-race skippers’ meeting on Thursday,
June 13, 7:30 p.m. at the North Shore News.

The Course:

From Dundarave Pier at 10:00 a.m. to a red marker (leave to port), set 2 mile WSW of Point Atkinson Lighthouse
and then to the Point Grey Bell Buoy (leave to star-board), .7 miles off the centre channel marker and finishing at
the Committee Boat off Kitsilano Yacht Ciub at 3:00 p.m.

The Awards: a
Award plaques will be awarded in the categories listed below. All judging will be conducted by the Awards Commit-
tee during the race itself; there will be no inspection of vessels at the moorage. ;
1 Best Bribe Attempt '3 Best Varnish and Paint (Vessel) ‘7 First to Finish — 4 plaques. :
C] Best Display of Flags i.| General Excellence of under 25 feet :
(7) Best Decorated Boat Presentation 25-29 feet
(3 Best Dressed Crew — Honourable Mention 30-34 feet
