Oatmeal Cookies
2 cups oatmeal
1 cup Mour
1 cup brown sugar
1 teaspoon sult
Ya cup margarine
% teaspoon baking soda
Y cup boiling water
Combine dry ingredients and
rub in margarine. Add baking soda
to boiling water and stir in. Form
dough into a two-inch roll, wrap in
waxed paper and chill. To bake,
slice thinly and place on Pam-
sprayed cookie sheets. Bake at
375° about 8 minutes.
