MANY SENIOR citizens were
amateur entertainers in their carlier
years performing everything frora
piano concertos at church concerts
to magic acts at lodge socials.

The seniors at the West Van-
couver Senior Centre are about to
prove that those skills have not
waned with the passage of time.

Senior Follics, a night of enter-
tainment provided by the
menbers, will be held at the centre
tonight, with the curtain going up
at 7 p.m.

Hors-d’oeuvre will be served
during the evening and a no-host
bar will be open. a: |

Proceeds will go towards the &
cost of operating the centre, which

THE B.C. Soccer Association (BCSA) will hold a
basic senior referee's clinic for aspiring soccer referees
May 29 to 3! at the BCSA offices at 6255 McKay
Ave. in Burnaby,

Registration for the weekend clinic is $35, which in-
ludes the cost of a course training package and all
materials.

Pre-registration is required.

The first session commences at 7 p.m. May 29 and
