REAL ESTATE DURING ITS annual gen- eral meeting on June 4 at Kamloops, B.C., the British Columbia Real Estate Association (BCREA) elected Gary Brady ppresi- dent for the 1992-93 term. He was first elected to the BCREA board of directors in 1987, became second vice-president in 1990 and first vice-president last year. McNeal, branch manager of Re/Max Bulkley Valley in Smithers, has been in- volved in organized real estate for eight years and was elected to the BCREA board of directors two years ago. An ongoing mandate of the association is finding creative, economically viable solutions to stimulate af- fordable home ownership for all British Columbians.
