THE NGRTH Vancouver Recre-
ation Centre is offering both
beginner and “tune-up” golf pro-
grams for those wanting to get
ready for spring and summer.

For beginning golf enthusiasts,
Golf Lessons for Beginners runs
on Tuesdays and Thursdays, 2:30
to 3:30 p.m., from February 25 to
March 13 at the North Vancouver

Recreation Centre's Mickey
McDougall Gym.

“The program takes beginners
from tee to green, and addresses
the fundamentals of stance, grip,
swing and use of clubs,"’ said in-
structor and golf pro Mark
Ludeman.

The centre is also offering a
Golf Winter Tune-up for those

wanting to brush up on their skills
and techniques.

The program runs on Tuesdays
and Thursdays, 1:15 to 2:15 p.m.,
from February 25 to March 13.
