As interest rates increase
home prices, one moncy
saving option is in-fill
housing. By buying an older
home on a standard 33 foot
lot, perhaps closer into the
city centre, and rebuilding,
you can get the plan you
want, and also many of the
advantages of supervising
construction.

This plan would be ideal
for such a project. The
overall width is only 25 feet,
or 7.6 meters, and with side
lot allowances required in
most municipalities, it could
easily be built on a 33 foot
ot.
