A 50-YEAR-OLD North
Vancouver-man was recently
required to pay $4,000 com-
pensation in connection with
the theft of money from a
liquor store sin’) West
Vancouver.

Michacl Spence Ennist was
jailed 30 days and received 12
months’ probation on April {8 in
connection with the charge.

The charge stemmed from a
Nov. 19, 1994 incident.

Ennist pleaded guilty.

Judge Bill Rodgers sentenced
Ennist in West Vancouver provin-
cial court.
