Wednesday, May 15, 1991 - North Shore News - 5 Armed robbers nit terminal; ferry workers terrorized TWO MASKED men armed with tandguns tied up nine B.C. Ferry Corp. employees before robbing the Horse- shoe Bay ferry administration office carly Tuesday mor- ning. The holdup took place at about 5:40 p.m., according to a West Yancouver Police spokesman. The suspects escaped on foot with an undisclosed quantity of cash. Said B.C. Ferries spokesman Bilt Bouchard.*A number of employees were tied up in a room. There was a small shift on during the night and then others who came in were detained.*’ The ferry workers were not in- jured. The administration office processes cash taken in at the terminal. The robbery investigation continues.
