NV man jailed for
attempted murder

A NORTH Vancouver man was sentenced March 23 in Vancouver
county court to three months in jail after he pleaded guilty to at-
tempted murder in connection with a stabbing incident at 2 North
Vancouver house party.

Carl Christopher Joseph, 30, pleaded guilty to the attempted 3
murder of Patrick Natrall, 23, of North Vancouver.

The charge stemmed from a Dec. 29, 1985 incident in which the
North Vancouver RCMP were called in to a North Vancouver
home atier a drinking party turned violent. Natrall suffered several
kaife wounds.

Chief Justice David Campbell also placed Joseph on probation
for 2¥2 years.
