A NORTH Vancouver man pleaded guilty to cultivating marijuana
- Thursday, while similar charges against two other men were drop-
ped in North Vancouver provincial court.

Robert and Phillip Sharp, 40 and 27 respectively, both from
North Vancouver, were originally charged jointly with Randy
Michael Parkes, 33, with one count of cultivation and one count of
Possession of marijuana in- connection. with a Sept. 19 police
seizure of the drug from a residence on Western Aventte.

Appearing before Judge J.D. Layton, Parkes pleaded guilty to
the charge of cultivating marijuana.

The Crown subsequently entered a stay of proceedings in the
charges against the Sharps and the other charge against Parkes,

Parkes will appear for a sentencing March 23.
