Sport is good, but...

QUESTION: Aren't sports
supposed to he good for you?
My parents have not
discovered that yet. Fm
thirteen and into sports all
year around. I really like

mother’s favorite is, “Why
don't you get interested in
something that isn’t so
dangerous?” They always
want me to read or study or
take up a musical instrament
or some stupid thing. I can't
go to a practice or s game
without them yelling at me.
The other guys’ parents

they say, but I think they are
really glad they come. Well,

are good for you. So is
peanut butter. But if you eat
a heck of a lot of peanut
butter and don’t eat anything
else it's not too cool. When
your dad says, “Can't you do
anything but play games?”

you would do something else
besides playing games.” If
you read all day and were
not interested in games at
all, or if you played the sax
by the hour and never did
any homework and didn't
have any friends and didn't
