Council Monday night passed a 4-3 motion to discontinue the use of the floats on the grounds of possible liability to the municipality. When police arrived at Mac’s Milk store at 1250 Lynn Valley Road, following the woman's call last week, they found the proprietor being tied up by a youth. RCMP say three males held up the man, using a simulated knife which was made of wood.
