From noon to 1:45 p.m. in the West Vancouver Seniors Activity Centre parking lot, members of the public can manoeuvre their way in a wheelchair through a specially- designed obstacle course. At 2:15 p.m_ several local dignitaries will race in wheelchairs around an obstacle course.
