Van. residents in emsting RRAP areas to now qualify for a grant or a grant/loan for house repairs. A homeowner with a yearly income of $9,000 or less is eligible for a forgive- able grant of $3,750 if the house needs repairs to this amount. Between $9,000 and $16,500, the grant is pro- rated according to income As in the past, any home owner with an annual in- come of over $16,500 may be eligible for a RRAP loan of up to $10,000 to undertake house repairs.
