ing with an unfair compet-
itive advantage over pri-
vale-seclor newspapers, a
Canada Post mandate
review commission heard
Friday.

Linda Stewart, North
Shore News sales and market-
ing director, appeared before
the commission to lambaste
the practices of the Crown
corporation. Stewart said the
Canada Post advertising flyer
service, Admiail, is likely sub-
sidized by revenue generated
by the federal corporation's
first-class letter mail service.
