Vancouver, at the Council Meeting of November 20, 1995,
intends to adopt Bylaw No. 6729, to stop up and close |
the following portion of lane dedicated by the deposit of
Plan. 1406 and lying between Lot 1, Block 15, Plan 1406
and Lot ‘D’, Blocks 15 and 16, Plan 14387, all of
District Lot 265, Group One New Westminster District,
which said portion contains 92.9 square metres, more or
less, and is hereby disposed of by Her Majesty the Queen
in the Right of the Province of British Columbia, to The
Corporation of the City of North Vancouver, in exchange
for all that portion shown as part of Lot ‘E’, Blocks 15
and 16, District Lot 265, Group One, New Westminster
District, Plan 14387.

“Highways Closing and Exchange Bylaw, 1995, No. 6729”
(Portion of Highway in the 200 Block Fell Avenue), and
the plans of the proposed lane closure and exchange, may
be inspected at the Development Services Department
(Land Division} City Hall, 141 West 14th Street, North
Vancouver, between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m.,
except Statutory Holidays. in the event you have any
questions or concerns regarding the proposed Bylaw, please
contact Mr. Ian Steward at 983-7358.
