Canadian Cancer society launches Daffodil Week — THE NORTH Shore units of the Canadian Cancer Society will launch their annual spring fund- raising campaign with Daffodil Week beginning Monday, March 23. Daffodils will be distributed to North Shore merchants during the week and will be available to the public on Friday, March 27 and Saturday, March 28. They can be purchased at Park Royal Shopp- ing Mall and Dundarave in West SHARE A Vancouver or at Lynn Valley, Dollarton and Capilano malis in North Vancouver. . The door-to-door campaign begins on Wednesday, April 1, and continues throughout April, traditionally known as Cancer Month. Canvassers are still need- ed.
