NOTICE is hereby given by the City of North Vancou-
ver, pursuant to Section 957 of the Municipal Act of
British Columbia, that a Public Hearing will be held
on MONDAY, FEBRUARY 12, 1990 at 7:30 P.M. in
the Council Chamber, City Hall, 141 West 14th Street,
North Vancouver, B.C., to receive representations in
connection with the following proposed amendment
to the “City of North Vancouver Community Plan

By-law, 1980, No. 5238".
BY-LAW NO. 6084

Te amend the text of the Official Community Plan of
the City of North Vancouver for medium and high
density residential and comprehensive development
areas, by making available a density bonus of up to
40 per cent of the allowable gross floor area through
the rezoning process. This bonus will be applicable
to existing approved development, subject to agree-
ment with the owner(s) to provide for rental or non-
profit housing for a minimum of ten years. New
development, not yet approved, must provide the ren-

tal of non-profit housing for the

development.
