$300 in connection with two

charges stemming from
processing and selling
oysters. that ended up in
' West Vancouver and Van-
couver restaurants.

The oysters were a quality pro-
duct, but the company involved

registration certificate, said

The bags of fresh oysters were
subsequently sold to restaurants in
the Horseshoe Bay area and in
Vancouver, said Di Palma.

Vancouver provincial court at the
end of May.

Robert Bruce Dunning, 30, of
New Westminster, was fined $100
after he pleaded guilty to
assaulting a female on Dec. 29,
1992, in North Vancouver City.

Dunning was required to pay a
$50 victim surcharge.

North Vancouver provincial court
on Sept. 2:

Raymond Anthony McAuley,
44, of North Vancouver, received
12 months’ probation after he
pleaded guilty to threatening death
or serious bodily harm to two
people on Feb. 28 in North Van-
couver District.

McAuley is prohibited from
possessing firearms or ammunition
for one year.

Vancouver provincial court) on
Sept. 1:

Michael James Atkinson, 30, of
no fixed address, received 18
months’ probation after he
pleaded guilty to assaulting a male
and committing mischief by
breaking a motor vehicle window
belonging to a woman on Aug. 7
in North Vancouver District.

Atkinson was required to pay
$250 restitution by the end of

September.
