A MAN claiming to have a
gun under his sweater robbed
the Esso self-serve gas station
at Marine Drive and 15th in
West Vancouver Monday.
making off with an undis-
closed amount of cash.

The man hit the station at
10:45 p.m. Monday and fled
on foot after getting the cash.
A search by West Vancouver
police, which included the
use of a tracking dog, failed

between 25 and 32 years of
age, between five feet, 10 in-
ches and six feet tall, and of
medium build.

He has straight, reddish
hair that is well-kept, blue
eyes and a moustache.
