health care professional working in crowded. clinics and

emergency rooms will tell you. So should we legalize marijuana, saving the tax dol-

lars and time spent by police in making small-time busts, or face the consequences of
a whole new crop of users flooding our already overburdened health system?

230 Lonsdale & 23rd/

Lonsdale Quay (lL)
During the busy summer season, BC
Transit will introduce #230 trips between
Lonsdale Quay and Lonsdale at 23rd
Street on Sundays and holidays. This
service will combine with existing #229
and #230 to provide customers with
service every 15 minutes. From Lonsdale
Quay, the first bus leaves at 11:13 am
and the last bus leaves at 6:17 pm. From
23rd and Lonsdale, first bus leaves at
11:33 am and the last bus leaves at 6:03

pm.

236 Lonsdale Quay/

Grouse Mountain (L)
Daytime service on this route will be
increased to every 30 minutes beginning
at 8:30 am weekdays during the summer
lourist season. After 6 pm, service will be
hourly.

SeaBus (lL)

will provide additional service on Sundays
and holidays during the summer, SeaBus
will now operate every 15 minutes between
the following times:

From Lonsdale Quay: 11:02am - 6:02 pm
From Vancouver: 11:16 am-6:16 pm.
For the remainder of the service day SeoBus
will continue to operate every 30 minutes.
First and last sailings leave Lonsdale Quay .
at 8:02 am and 11:02 pm. First and last
sailings leave Vancouver at 8:16 am and
11:16 pm. :

ROAD CONSTRUCTION requiring
reroute of North Vancouver buses
operating via the 2nd Narrows Bridge:
Due to extensive roadwork along Powell
and McGill streets in Vancouver all North
Vancouver buses that normally operate via
the 2nd Narrows Bridge, Powell

and McGill streets will be

detoured. This roadwork will

begin in early July until the

end of October. Please

tread the Buzzer and

watch for Rider Alerts

onboard North Vancouver

buses. As we cannot

anticipate the impact of

traffic congestion, please allow

yourself extra time during this period.
