unique indoor triathlon takes
place on Sunday, March 17,

« choice of four workout-
based events in which to
design their own triathlon:
stair-climbing 4 km; cycling
8.85 km, rowing 3,000
metres and swimming 80
metres (32 lengths).

: The indoor triathlon is
designed to appeal to all fit-
ness and ability levels.
