Little Theatre group and ask to
share its facilities at 1564 Argyle
Ave. with Wondertree.

Wondertree had asked to use
either the Kice Wyck Garage or
the Ambleside Adventure
Playground Building for the pro-
gram's 12 to 15 students, but
council rejected the request.

Coun. Diana Hutchinson said
Klee Wyck must be used as a
park, nursery or public playground
and Ambleside’s use in a youth
outreach program is an “urgent
need” to help youths at risk,

She said the rejection of the
request is “unfortunate, but it just
can’t work.”

Wondertree must find accom-
modation for the present school
year.
