THE NORTH Shore’s Seymour
District Scouts will plant approxi-
mately 5,000 trees in eight loca-

“~. tions around North Vancouver Ci-

ty and District.on April 15 as part
of the Trees For Canada program.

On April 1, members of the
Scout troup will set up a Trees For
Cansda display in Lynn Valicy
Centre and will accept donations
to heip promote the program and
local Scouting.

event for Scouting and represents
one of the most important con-
tributions made to the country by

The North Shore Seymour
District. Scouts have conducted
reforestation in various areas of
North Vancouver District, and
will, for the first time, expand the
Program to North Vancouver City
this year.
