Rod Clark to propose new election guidelines. Clark recently introduced a mo- tion to discuss new election guidelines because he said the public has lost confidence in its elected officials. “| don’t bring this forward tightly,’ he said, ‘But 1 think I have sufficient weight and force behind me to (do so). ft is only by being openly honest with the public that we will regain their confidence,"’ he added. IN-CAMERA DISCUSSIONS He said the policy was still being discussed in camera so he could not reveal specifics, however he did say four policies are being con- sidered. “Its a pretty general policy conterning finances and things of that sort,” he said. The motion will go to a public policy meeting following council's debate.
