Columbia. !t can make a
useful contribution during
Expo °86. Not only will it
supplement our hotels in the
Lower Mainland but it can
provide a secondary source
of income to people who are
willing to open their homes to

the Manicipal Act are suffi-
cient. As long as the opera-

on the ethics of this style of
behaviour.
