He is survived by wife Ruth, son Norman
(Jane), daughter Phyllis Horth (Fred),
daughter Eileen, grandson Paul
Gillespie, and sister Mavis Caporate
(Tom). A memoriat service will be held
at Hollyburn Funeral Home, 1807 Marine
Drive, West Vancouver. on Thursday, Oc-
tober 27(h at 2:00 p.m.

SHARPE - George, passed away quietly
in Lions Gate Hospital, October 23,
1994. He is survived by his loving wife
Bunny, his two daughtars Carolyn
Sharpe and Beverly Sharpe, and hes five
beautiful grandchildren. He will be sadly
missed by his devoted sister Eve Carly'e
and Geatge Nightingale, and his two
nieces, Phytlis and flaine Carlyle, He
also leaves cousins in England. He will
be sadly missed by his stepdaughters
Patricia Thompson, Shannon Poulsen,
their spouses and their children. As a
husband and father he will be
temembered for his love and generosity.
George was 4 member of tte Interna-
tional Brotherhood of Electrical Workers
and a member of [LWU. Long
shoremens Union. He loved ihe work on
the waterfront and was a longtime
employee of Neptune Terminals. No ser-
vice at the reauest of the deceased. In
lieu of flowers, donations may be made
to the Canadian Cancer Society, or Silver
Harbour Senier Centre in North Yan-
Couver, B.C.
