on Nov, 30:

Daniel J. Hardy received a con-
ditional discharge and one year
probation afier the 23-year-old
Vancouver man was found guilty
of making repeated harassing
phone calls to the same woman be-
tween March 28, 1986 and Apri!
21, 1989.

Hardy was also ordered to pay
his victim $200 as restitution.

ov Nov. 30:

Carolyn Ann White Chuback
was fined $200 after the 38-year-
old North Vancouver woman
Pieaded guilty to theft of mer-

chandise from Lady Foot Locker
on Sept. 12.

on Nov. 29:

Barry Eugene Brown was fined
$100 after the 36-year-old Van-
couver man pleaded guilty to fail-
ing to remain at the scene of an

accident after he hit another car in
the 200 block Esplanade area

Vancouver woman pleaded guilty

to failing to remain at the scene of

probation after the 33-year-old
North Vancouver woman pleaded
guilty to charges of mischief and
causing a disturbance in connec-
tion with a July 26 incident at the
Ministry of Social Services and

Housing offices on West Ist.

James Reginald Watson was
sentenced to six months in jail
after the 26-year-old man pleaded
guilty to driving while disqualified
from doing so in connection with a
June 20 incident.
