final approval of the
development for another

A zoning bylaw for the
proposed cight-unit apart-
ment building planned for
the corner of East 3rd Street
and St. Andrews Avenue
was given final approval
Monday night by North
Vancouver City council.

At a public hearing on the
subject on March 24, Terry
Fogell of 268 East 3rd Street
protested that tenants in the
new building would be able
to stare right into his living
room.
