SQUAMISH Nation counsellor Dennis Joseph (Xwech'tal) addressed a gathering of family and friends of the
late Terri Willie (Lotstahnot) during a memorial at Carson Graham Secondary in January. Willie, who died Dec.
18, was remembered for the skilt and sensitivity she brought to her short career as a First Nations counsel-
lor with the North Vancouver Schoo! District.
