Assess the advisability of redesigaing the traffic access points on Marine providing ingress and egress to Park Royal North and South, such redesign to include the reduction in the number and location of access points and the transfer of traffic deceleration fanes from Marine Drive.” to the Park Royal property; Advisability of installing median barciers on Marine Drive to prevent jaywalking; Evaluate the elimination of left turn traffic from Marine Drive into Park Royal; ; (j) Advisability of redesigning or removing the traffic light controlled pedestrian crossing on Marine Drive adjacent to the bus stop; {k) The feasibility of eliminating the left turn lanes for traffic turning south at the Marine Drive/taylor Way intersection, -AND THAT the traffic consultant provide areporton the origin, ownership and operating contro! of the southbound and northbound ramps on Taylor Way which provide access to the second level deck at Pari Royal North; : AND FURTHER THAT the West Vancouver District Council will invite the Squamish Nation Council, North Vancouver District Council and the Ministry of Transportation and Highways te jointly discuss the fong term traffic projections that fall within their respective jurisdictions for the purpose uf designing 4 comprehensive traffic plan which will assist all four jurisdictions to plan for the orderly development of land within an efficient integrated traffic system.
