EARLY BEGINNINGS

THE START OF SEASPAN
In January.1971, Vancouver Tug and island Tug & Barge
came together under a new banner; Seaspan International
Ltd., and the now familiar red seahorse symbol appeared

F.M. Yorke & Sons and Gulf of Georgia Towing were
acquired in the 1970s. A:few corporate ‘one hu later,
