Man grabs
rings at
Park Royal
store

A THIEF snatched several tings
fron a West Vancouver jewelry
store at approximately 12:50 p.m.
on May 2.
The theft took place at Creative
Goldsmiths in Park Royal North.
According to a West Vancouver
Police spokesman, a man posing
as a customer asked to look at
diamonds and rings. He subse-
quently grabbed a handful of
rings from a tray and ran off after
an altercation with an employee.
The suspect is described as be-
ing an ‘overweight’? man with
olive complexion, long dark curly
hair and without facial hair. He is
approximately 5’7"" and in his 30s.
He was wearing black jeans and a
dark-colored leather jacket.
Information regarding the inci-
dent of the suspect may be for-
warded to the West Vancouver
Police at 922-4141.
