Because of the results of Sartur- day’s referendum, which asked whether residents were in favor of a golf course at Cypress Ridge, Sager said golf course proposals from other developers would not change the picture. But said Friends of Cypress founding director Paul Hundal, “F's incumbent upon council to repeal that golf course zone. We asked them to initiate that pro- cedure and they refused to deal with it until a new council is in Dec. !0."° Computerized ballot machines eyed for W.
