All games will be played at the North Vancouver Recreation Centre. North Vancouver’s Taylormotive team, coached by Ron Chap- man, and managed by Norm Loranger play the opening game against East Vancouver March 1 at 6 p.m. Before the opening face-off, the Pacific Coast Hockey Associa- tion will present the North Vancouver team with the banner for winning the G.V.C. by virtue of its first-place finish in teague play. Other game times are March 2 at 6:30 p.m., March 3 at 4:30 p.m. and 6:15 p.m., and March 4 at 12:30 p.m. and 2:15 p.m. North Vancouver will also be in the March 3, 4:30 p.m. and March 4, 2:15 p.m, games. Joining North Vancouver and Richmond are East Vancouver and either Vancouver Thunderbirds or Burnaby Winter Club. The winner of these playoffs advances to the Pacific Coast Championships, March 16-24 in Prince George. David Brown, 51, Peter Fish, 43, and Robert Scullion, 52, join the national squad which represents Canada at world champion- ships, Commonwealth and Pacific Games and some invitational matches. “It's the first time ever for three people from one club, so that's quite a feather in the cap for North Vancouver,”* said Fish, the on- ly new selection for the team.
