Firm wins award for

WV housing project

THE BURON Housing
Corporation recently won a
1989 award for excellence in
urban environment from the
Urban Development In-
stitute Pacific Region.

The award was granted in the
multi-family residential category
for the development of Lincoln
Gardens, located on Marine Drive
in West Vancouver.

The 56-unit condominium de-
velopment is designed to look like
three mansions. The development
is located opposite a community
centre and is restricted by covenant
to those 60 years of age and older.

The price is affordable because
