fined $100 after the 30-year-old
North Vancouver man pleaded
guilly to a charge of theft under
$1,000 in connection with mer-
chandise stolen from Zellers.

Janes Spencer received a condi-
tional discharge and was placed on
probation for one year after the
20-year-old North Vancouver man
pleaded guilty to possession of
marijuana.
