Their concern over rapidly disappearing property for port use prompted them to come up with a radically dif- ferent proposal which would include the filling in of an ad- ditional 50 acres of under- water property with material dredged from under the Se- cond Narrows Bridge. The SQ-acre Fullerton Fill area 1s located between FRANK MORRIS, director of property and licencing for the City of Mackay Road and Gostick Place below First Street and the railway tracks.
