14 Tbsp. Green Curry
Paste
10 oz. coconut milk

love ‘garlic, opped
4 02. chicken breast
% Japanese eggplant
% c. green peas
ground Pe pe cpper to taste
I lime leat
4-6 Thai basil leaves
2 Tbsp. fish sauce

% tsp. sugar
Directions:

Heat oil in a wok or pan to
medium temperature.
Add curry paste and
coconut milk.
Bring to a boil.
. Add chicken and cook for
about two minutes.
‘Add vegetables and the
rest of the ingredients.
Bell peppers (both green
and red) are optional.
Bring to a boil once again
and cook until chicken is fully
done.
