THE following people appeared in North and West Vancouver courts recently to face various charges: Before Judge _ Bill Rodgers in North Vancouver provincial court on Feb. 28: Charles Lloyd Flickinger. 67, of North Vancouver, was jailed 30 days after he plead- ed guilty to breaching proba- tion by going within a one- block radius of a woman's residence. Flickinger was prohibited from possessing guns, ammu- nition or explosives for five years. David Donald Gibbon, 32, of North Vancouver, was fined a total of $500 after he: @ pleaded guilty to failing to try and locate the owner of a damaged traffic light support pole next to Marine Drive after he was the driver involved in an accident on June 6, 1995 in North Vancouver City; @ not guilty to dangerous dri- ving on Marine Drive on the same day, but instead pleaded guilty to the lesser or includ- ed offence of driving without due care and attention.
