connection with an attack
by an unleashed and un-
muzzied rottweiler. The in-
cident is alleged to have
occurred in October in the
British Properties.

should have known, that the rott-
weiler has attacked or attempted
to attack, and injured people and
dogs prior to the attack,

Mrs. Goh suffered injuries to
her back, right knee and right in-
dex finger, the suit claims, and

‘her pekingese

of earnings and toss of opportu-
nity, according to the claim.

The suit claims Mrs. Goh and
require ongoing
medical cure and treatment, and
‘notes that Mr. Goh has been
forced to render nursing .and at-~
tendant care to his wife and her
pekingesc, and has suffered a loss
of earnings as a result.

tack on Oct. 17. A poodle she was

statement of claim, filed Dec. 6 in
the Vancouver registry of the B.C. 4
