PAULA GREEN (standing) of the Canadian Cancer Society recently addressed a gathering at Hollyburn
House on life after cancer. The presentation, entitled We've Been There and We Care, was the second of
three health forums taking place at Hollyburn House that sre open to the public. The next forum, which will
take place on Nov. 23 at 1:30 p.m. in the Fireside Lounge, will be a discussion with physiotherapist June
Earle who wiil talk on The Secret Garden: A New Retreat for Women. Earle is in the process of opening a
house in Kitsilano, where women can drop in to relax, read, meet with others — even enjoy a massage. The
first forum was ted by West Vancouver’s Dr. Frank Martin, who spoke on chiropractic therapy for seniors.
