Cardiac arrest A 68-YEAR-OLD West Vancouver woman suffered a fatal cardiac arrest while driving on Jan. 5, according to a West Vancouver Police spokesman. The incident occurred while the woman was waiting ata red light at 22nd Street and Marine Drive. Her car rolled through the intersection, hitting anoth- er vehicle before coming to rest ina hedge. Though several people rushed to help her and per- formed CPR, neither they nor the B.C. Ambulance crew which attended the woman were able to revive her. Arrests made THE WEST Vancouver Police arrested five males in a stolen var on the Upper Levels Highway near Eagte Ridge early on Monday, Jan. 10. The vehicle had been stolen from the Salvation Army in Vancouver on Jan. 3. \ The driver, a 16-year-old Vancouver resident, wa charged with possession of stolen property worth ov er $1,000 and released.
