Place Stadium March 30 to April 5, Tupper’s mother casually men- tioned the contest to the 16-year- old honor roll student two days before the contest’s November deadline. The young artist then fashioned the rock and cornbroom winning design with a totem pole background, using acrylics on canvas. Her team placed eighth overall. The Tupper family has a very reputable standing in the sport of curling going back to the year 1935.
