Remembrance Day, ap-
proaches once again, Royal
Canadian Legion Members
» are remembering with pride
their oid comrades,
regiments, squadrons and
ships with which- they ‘ser-
ved. And they are also
remembering with pride the
following years. of peace
when they have devoted
their time and labour: not
only to their.:more un-

fortunate comrades, but to
their communities as a whole
by donating equipment to
hospitals, supporting youth
groups and providing care
for the aged.

But there is an old adage
which goes “pride comes
before a fall” and we
veterans are in danger of
falling in the future as our
ranks are thinning - by losing
members to sickness, and in
some cases, because of those
who have answered “THE

No 17 is a By-law to amend Bowen Island Zoning

“SENIOR CITIZEN RESIDENTIAL ZONE”
