Northlands gets new life

WHILE most golfers avoid the trees at all costs, Percy Heyes (left), Don Davis and
other members of the North Shore Public Golf Course Society actually planted
trees at Northlands Golf Course fast Saturday. Society members voiunteered
their time to claan up trees that had blown down and to plant new Douglas Firs.
The back nine ef Northlands is expected to open for piay in June.
