Purcell parking limits introduced

PARKING PROBLEMS in the vicinity of Capilano

College have prompted North Vancouver District

Council to approve resident parking only on Purcell
‘ay.

Residents in the 291 apartments or townhouses
adjacent to Purcell Way have long expressed concerns
about the availability of parking.

But when the college initiated paid parking on
campus in the fall of 1994 the problems worsened.

Parking studies showed that on numerous occa-
