Dan Atkinson has retained
all the old favorites but he
has also renewed his
commitment to Northwest
regional food. Fresh alder-
grilled scafood, served West
Coast style, ts the order of

seafood Is grilled atop green
alder for that exceptional
flavor that has made the
Salmon House famous. So
famous is the restaurant's
alder-grilled B.C. salmon
that one in six customers
orders this specialty.

In 1992, the Salmon House
sold 20,600 portions of

B.C. salmon. In addition to’

scafood, the Salmon House
offers a variety of non-
