schedules summer
sports camps and
daycamp programs

THE NORTH Shore Family
YMCA is offering programs
and activities to give children
and youths a chance to make
the most of the summer
months.

“With our daycamps and
sport camps the opportunity is
here for fun and adventure,"
say organizers.

Programs are being offered
for kids aged five to eight years
and to those aged niae to 12.

Daycamps cost $85 per
five-day session and run from
Monday, June 29 to Friday,
September 4, French immersion
programs are also available
during this time.

Sport camps, new to the
YMCA summer programs, will
be offered from Monday, June
29 to Friday, Aug. 28.

Instruction is offered in a
variety of areas including: soc-
cer, basketball, tennis, racquet

sports, floor hockey, gym-
nastics, rotler blade hockey,
bike safety, tee-ball and soft-
ball.

The sports program aims to
foster participation and interest
while developing individual
skills.

These programs cost $60 per
five-day session and are open
to people aged six to 15 years.
